How does the Priority 1 Collection work?

Members use the Priority 1 Collection app to request their next vehicle, including when and where they would like the next vehicle. A Priority 1 Collection concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle, transfer everything over to your new car, and ensure you’re all set to go. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.

What is included in a Priority 1 Collection subscription?

Every Priority 1 Collection subscription includes rights to a vehicle, insurance coverage, and hand delivered flips. The Priority 1 Collection concierge team delivers hand detailed vehicles to wherever you request. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving. Each plan affords you flexibility with monthly mile and flip allotments.

Constellation: 1,500 miles, Unlimited Flips

Unused miles carry over with you month to month. Any additional miles over your limit cost $.50/mile. 

What vehicles are included with Priority 1 Collection?

Priority 1 Collection offers a variety of vehicles including luxury sedans, SUVs, convertibles, and coupes.

How does insurance work?

All vehicles provided by Priority 1 Collection are fully insured on a fleet insurance policy held by Priority 1 Collection. All approved drivers are covered by the fleet insurance policy. Coverage highlights:


Core $1,000

Premium $2,500

$1,000,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)

$300,000 uninsured motorist (combined)

$2,000 medical payments to offset any out of pocket or deductible costs

How long can I keep a vehicle?

As long as you want! 

There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, at worst we’ll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is just like the one you have.

How new are the vehicles?

Vehicles are predominantly the current or prior model year.

Each vehicle is detailed before and after it ever goes to a member. Many of our members tell us that every vehicle feels like new!

How do I join Priority 1 Collection?

Download our app here and hit “Sign up”. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver’s license. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within one business day. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip!

Is Priority 1 Collection in my area?

Today, Priority 1 Collection is live in the DC/Baltimore/N Baltimore area. If you’re outside of our area, sign up for news and updates and we will let you know when we arrive in your city.

Who is eligible?

Anyone 25 or over with a valid license and clean driving record.

What should I do with my old vehicle?

Many Priority 1 Collection members choose to sell their old vehicles. Can we buy yours?

What is the Priority 1 Collection activation fee?

The $500 Priority 1 Collection activation fee is required for all new memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.

How well equipped are the vehicles?

The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. Most of our vehicles have leather seats. Other options vary by make/model and specific vehicle. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

Are pets allowed in vehicles?

We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the car and safer for your furry friend!

What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Priority 1 Collection app to notify us and we will get you back driving!

What happens if I get into an accident?

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized call us. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident. 

How much advance notice is required for a flip?

While we ask for a 2-day notice, the best experience is to book a few days in advance.

Booking a vacation? Go ahead and book your flip too. Need something this afternoon? Don't stress, we will bring you the best option available.

Where can I find the insurance card?

View a digital version of your insurance card under Your current ride on the home screen of your Priority 1 Collection app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.

What about fuel?

All Priority 1 Collection cars are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip.

When is payment due?

A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

What is the minimum commitment to Priority 1 Collection?

Priority 1 Collection is a monthly subscription service. Pay for the first 31 days and give it a try. If you like it, your subscription will renew automatically monthly after the first period.

Can I move between the different plans?

Yes, members can move between plans at any time. Your monthly subscription fee will be prorated. We require that members moving to a lower rated plan have been on their current plan for at least one month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Going out of town? Love Priority 1 Collection but need a break? Just pause your Priority 1 Collection account and have one less monthly bill covering something you're not even using. No lease or loan allows that! Pause your Priority 1 Collection account for any number of days for a $300 convenience fee. Then pick right back up where you left off for no additional charge!

Is there a mileage limit or flip limit per month?

Each plan provides choice on number of miles and number of flips available to you. Unused miles remain yours and will roll over to the next month.

Unused miles carry over with you month to month. Any additional miles over your limit cost $.50/mile. 

Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

Yes, eligible drivers may be registered as Additional Drivers and added to the member’s account.

Are members responsible for their Priority 1 Collection car?

Yes, we expect our members to take care of Priority 1 Collection vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Priority 1 Collection app.

What is the condition of Priority 1 Collection vehicles?

Priority 1 Collection is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

What data does Priority 1 Collection collect?

We want to ensure the best service and safety for all of our members. To do so, we keep track of various data points to record vehicle and driver history. For more information on terms of use, please reference the Priority 1 Collection Privacy Policy.
